dc.description.abstract | One of the major findings of the study is that River Bhagirathi remains under closed system conditions from its origin at Gomukh to 14 km downstream at Gangotri, in which high p(CO2) closed system conditions dominates. The sediment concentration and subglacial activities play a major role in this process and influence of glacier system extend to downstream reaches as well. | en_US |
