dc.description.abstract An attempt was made to understand the hydrologic response of two micro watersheds in the dry Sivaliks of Himalayas near Jammu, using data of rainfall and runoff of a few storm events during the monsoon season. The study examines the adequacy of simple techniques of runoff modelling using unit hydrograph and a simple numerical model is proposed for microwatersheds. en_US
