The Ghazipur Landfill, Delhi

Abstract

The Institute of Hydrology under the National Hydrology Project funded by the World Bank, conducted geochemical test to identify the impact on groundwater from waste materials the landfill site of Ghajipur village in the National Capital Region and on the basis of the findings, with the concept of circular economy, has worked for the development of a better waste management policy.
